Freezer Cooking: Part 3

Yesterday after Garrett left I made 2 dozen blueberry muffins, 3 loaves of zucchini bread, and a blueberry/peach cobbler for us.

Today I made 100 buttermilk biscuits, 2 1/2 dozen cranberry muffins, and 8 lasagnas.  All done with freezer cooking, I think I did pretty good though.

The cranberry muffins didn’t turn out very well.  They were supposed to look more like the blueberry muffins, not sure what happened to them.  They don’t really have a lot of flavor either.  Sigh.
