Barefoot Running

We are going to try barefoot running.  Well, mostly walking for now.   Here are our barefoot shoes, we bought them from



The basic idea to barefoot running is that it strengthens your foot and ankle muscles by wearing shoes that don’t have a lot of cushion.  You’re also training yourself to allow your foot to land on the ground in a more neutral position, versus your heel hitting the ground first.  They take some getting used to, our feet and legs have been getting sore, but we like them so far.
