My sick little boy!

Garrett spent the week with Grandma and Grandpa S so I could rest and have more testing done.  We should find out the results of the lung biopsy on Monday.  Well, my poor little peanut got a nasty cold while at Grandma and Grandpa’s.  He looks so pitiful with his runny nose and eyes.  He was having a hard time napping in his crib so I laid him on the couch with a pillow.  I sure hope he gets feeling better!

Happy Birthday Michael!

Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband!  I know you don’t like your birthday very much, but I am VERY glad you were born, so I’m going to celebrate!  We are so lucky to have you!

Thank you for being such a great husband and father!  I love you very very very much!

Lung Update

So I went to the allergy doctor on Monday.  She thinks I have a sinus infection and gave me my 4th round of antibiotics.  My appointment with the lung doctor got moved to Thursday, so he doesn’t think it was a sinus infection, asthma, or allergies, because nothing I’ve been taking has helped.  I had a chest x-ray done that showed I had pneumonia.  However since I’m not really having any other pneumonia symptoms, they did labs to double-check.  My labs showed that my lungs are irritated but not that I have pneumonia.  So, we still don’t know what is wrong with me.   I have another appointment with the lung specialist on Wednesday.  The good news is I don’t have to take those antibiotics that the allergy doctor gave me!  Woo HOO!!  A huge thank you to Grandma and Grandpa S for coming all the way out here to play with Garrett while I was at the hospital!

Playing in the Snow

I’m still sick!  This is getting a little ridiculous!  I’ve been coughing for almost two months now!  I have an appointment on Monday with my allergy doctor and an appointment on Wednesday with a lung specialist.  I’m really praying that someone will be able to help me!  I’m so tired of coughing!

Mike stayed home for work today, so that I could rest some.  I don’t know what I would do without him!  Mike took Garrett outside to play in the snow for a little while.
